A New Year’s Eve Wedding Invitation Suite for Ian & Julia

Inspired by the coastal charm of St. Augustine and the elegance of a black-tie New Year’s Eve celebration, Ian & Julia’s wedding suite blended refined typography, layered textures, and soft champagne gold letterpress printing. The design direction — Moonlight & Palms — drew from palm shadows at dusk, fresh sea air, and the relaxed sophistication of Florida’s coast.

The suite featured a formal invitation paired with coordinating inserts including a wedding weekend schedule, RSVP and accommodations card, welcome event invitation, and a custom foldout city guide designed to help guests experience St. Augustine throughout the holiday weekend. Black euroflap envelopes, striped liners, and layered paper textures added depth and contrast while maintaining a clean, minimal aesthetic.

Designed and printed through Kona & Birch, the final suite balanced timeless wedding stationery traditions with a modern, destination-inspired approach to storytelling and print.
